  When I need to be, I am yes. It is not my natural habitat. I work best when I have a personal relationship with people and understand their strengths. I can get the best from them then. I’m not a natural at being in command when it comes to going in to a room full of unknown people. But, once I know my target audience and what the purpose is, I can really turn it on.
