Question: Who did you follow or idolise when you were a child?

I loved books and old irish folklore as a kid, my idols would have been the writers of these books and storytellers.
My favourite was the Artemis Fowl series which was written by Eoin Colfer, I met him twice and have a copy of artemis fowl with his signature on it. I also won a competition he ran and got a game boy and a copy of pokemon out of it!
For Old Irish folklore I used to go to see Eddie Lenihan in libraries and he came to our school once, I really like old irish folklore and I think he’s the best storyteller there is!
