      I never really thought of having a favourite. They all did so much but in such different fields. Maybe the best quotes I see are from Albert Einstein. The lecture theatres in University of Limerick are called after different Irish scientists. I love that – love that they were Irish and realising how many of the trully important scientific advances were made by Irish people – Boyle, Holland, Monet, Parsons etc. It is worth taking a look at them and reading about them
