Question: was there any reason you decided to take a break from being in hospital?

To be honest, I wasn’t ready to graduate from college at 22 and start working full-time (stay in college as long as you can!). I found that research was a new exciting adventure to start asking questions and changing the way we treat disease. It’s a way of doing something new everyday and never getting bored. It will be 8 years of college by the time I finish!
