• Question: How would 3D printers benefit children in schools?

      You could use them to 3D print. You could design what you want to make – my daughter loves to make keyrings of their favourite things for her friends. My son just keeps printing out F1 cars!
      So you can design what you want and then just print it out –

      To use a 3D printer you need to learn how to design or model what you want to print, this means you need to be good at computers, and usually be able to do a littler bit of coding, so the skills involved with setting up the 3D printer would be useful to learn.
      You could print out things which might help you learn or understand .
      It could be useful to print out some of the objects you learn about in Math, like these charts!

      There are lots of ways 3D printers could help children in schools
